Judge Fernando Ferrin Calamita has ordered a lesbian mother to hand over her two daughters to their father because her homosexual lifestyle would harm them, and in his words, raise the risk that the girls would become lesbians.
"According to Ferrin, being raised by homosexuals would not allow the children the right to the proper environment to which they were entitled.
